For couples who would rather talk about their relationship in Spanish, or in both languages. Rebeca sees couples fully in Spanish.

Harish does not see couples in Spanish; sessions with him are in English. Rebeca can see you in Spanish, in English or in both at once, whichever feels natural.

  • The method

    Rebeca works mostly from Emotionally Focused Therapy, with some Imago dialogues. EFT is taught through ICEEFT and Imago through Imago Relationships International.

    It is not interpreting: Rebeca is your therapist, not a translator for the two of you. It is not a way to decide who is right.

  • Length and frequency

    Sessions are 50 or 80 minutes, and the first is 80. Your clinician sets the pace with you and does not promise a number of sessions.

    One fee for each session, not one for each of you, given to you in writing before you start.

Does Rebeca speak English too?

Yes. Rebeca sees couples in English and in Spanish, and in both in the same session if you like.

Can we get paperwork in Spanish?

The pages of this site, our messages and the fee we give you in writing are in Spanish. Forms from your insurance plan may not be.

What if one of us prefers English?

That is common. Rebeca moves between the two languages so each of you can speak the one that feels right.
